At Blues Aesthetic by Carly, we value your trust and aim to provide professional, safe, and personalised aesthetic treatments. This policy outlines our approach to deposits and refunds, ensuring clarity, fairness, and protection for both clients and the studio.

 

1. Deposits

Booking & Securing Appointments

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, change of mind, or no-shows.
• If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Where possible, your deposit may be transferred to a new date as a one-time courtesy.
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• Failure to attend your appointment will result in loss of your deposit.

 

2. Refunds

Treatment & Service Policy

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments:

• No refunds are offered on treatments already carried out, including injectable treatments, microneedling, skin boosters, or beauty services.
• Once a treatment has been administered, results are considered final and non-reversible.
• Individual responses to treatments vary; this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
• In the rare event that a treatment cannot proceed on the day due to medical or safety concerns, alternative options may be discussed. Refunds are not provided for reactions, swelling, or temporary side effects that are explained as part of the consent process.
• Many treatments involve single-use, sterile products prepared specifically for your appointment. Once prepared or opened, these items cannot be refunded.
